Ginnifer Goodwin takes a fashionable risk in a gorgeous lemon Roksanda Ilincic dress

Roksanda Ilincic is fast becoming one of Hollywood’s hottest go-to designers for elegant as well as statement making pieces. The Serbian-born, London-based designer has dressed Hollywood and royalty alike – the Duchess of Cambridge Catherine Middleton landed in Los Angeles in one of her creations.

Above, Ginnifer Goodwin who’s not new to experimenting with fashion sported a lemon Ilincic number at this year’s comic con. Below is the original runway look from Ilincic’s 2011 resort collection.

As much as I appreciate that Ms. Goodwin rarely goes for cookie cutter fashion, I have to say that I prefer the the original runway look. The hemline and bubble skirt work better on the original and would have been killer on the actress…she still gets an A for effort.
